Just a quick one. A while back, working with my daughter, I made a video ) soundscape that conveyed how it felt when she was having an anxiety attack.
I wanted to share it here, but also warn you that it can be a touch triggering for some. Of course it’s not how everyone feels when they have an attack, but from personal experience I can say it matches how I feel during one.
Wear headphones and settle in. It’s only short, but it does the job.
